About the Role

Noctis Network runs a subscription-based digital program with a growing customer base. We're building out our sales team and looking for experienced closers to convert hot inbound leads generated through paid ads.

Your job is to convert inbound applicants into paid subscribers of our program. You do not manage any creator or fan-facing side of the business.

The course we are selling teaches people how to make money with AI OFM, if that doesn't align with your personal beliefs, please do not apply. You never need to touch or see the content, but you should understand before applying that the people purchasing this info product will be promoting OF.

What You're Selling

✓A Base44 subscription. Base44 is an AI agent platform our members use to create AI content. Every subscription sold through Noctis also includes full access to our private community: step-by-step courses and live coaching on AI content creation, at no added cost.

✓Members learn to produce AI-generated video content, grow an audience, and earn recurring affiliate commissions. You are closing people who already applied to learn this (warm inbound, never cold).

✓Two plans: annual (best value, always lead with it) and monthly.

✓Optional same-call upsells: LLC formation and business banking setup, so members can structure their income as a business.

✓You never touch or manage any creator or fan-facing content. Your job is purely closing subscriptions.

What You'll Do

✓Work hot inbound leads from paid ad campaigns, no cold outreach

✓Respond fast; speed-to-lead is a must in this role (5 minutes or less, preferably during 9am-5pm PST)

✓Close subscription sales in a single call

✓Manage your own pipeline and follow-up cadence

What We're Looking For

✓2+ years of sales/closing experience, ideally with subscriptions, digital products, or online offer sales

✓Comfortable working in a CRM to track leads and follow-ups

✓Strong communicator who can build trust quickly and close without heavy hand-holding

✓Self-motivated. This starts as part-time, so you'll be managing your own hours and lead flow

✓Comfortable with 100% commission pay

Commission

✓Annual subscription (customer pays $336/yr): $60

✓Monthly subscription (customer pays $50/mo): $50

✓LLC formation upsell: +$15

✓Business banking upsell: +$20

✓Up to $95 per sale with the annual plan plus both upsells

✓Strong closers realistically earn $5,000 to $7,000 per month (commission-only, no income guarantees)

✓Part-time to start, with real potential to grow into full-time

Work Setup

✓Fully remote

✓Flexible hours, but must be responsive and available to work leads as they come in, preferably during 9am-5pm EST

How to Apply

This is a self-directed role. You'll be expected to manage your own pipeline and workflow without close oversight, reporting back on progress and results. Speed and reliability are essential, as leads must be worked quickly and consistently. Availability throughout a good portion of the day is preferred for part-time candidates, though scheduling is flexible as long as responsiveness stays high.
